Janet Besheer is Broker/Owner of Equitas Realty with offices in Saratoga Springs, Delmar and Glens Falls.  As a multi-million dollar licensed sales agent since 2000, my credits include an MBA in Finance, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, EcoBroker, Accredited Staging Professional and Certified Buyer Representative.  Over the years I was a featured writer on real estate for The Saratogian newspaper.

In 2008 I was the Local Chapter President of the Capital Region Women’s Council of Realtors and in 2012 was awarded the Women’s Council Entreprenuer of the Year Award for the successful growth of my real estate brokerage.

Long Island is my childhood home followed by Manhattan and Westchester. Then six moves around the country in seven years before settling in Saratoga Springs spearheaded by real estate career.

Music was my first love and I have performed in major operas around the country and in 2013 sang “America,The Beautiful” at the Firecracker 4 Road Race in Saratoga Springs.

I enjoy living and working in Saratoga Springs – a resort you CAN live in!  There is always something to do here and having the Adirondacks in my backyard for hiking and canoeing is a perfect world.
